3. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be requested through our online contact form, by phone at (772) 877-9140, or by email. A booking is confirmed only upon our written or verbal confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events or staff availability, with reasonable notice to you.

4. Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the suspension of future bookings.

5. Intellectual Property
